Join us for a yoga and meditation workshop hosted by Student Health and Counseling at the SVA Library on Friday, April 21st from 2-3:30pm. This workshop will introduce students to basic yoga and meditation skills that can be done seated or standing at a desk to promote well-being and stress reduction during finals.
