Darwyn Cooke has passed away. Cooke's work for DC Comics DC Animation was legendary, including storyboarding Batman: The Animated Series; title design for Batman Beyond; adaptations of Richard Stark's Parker series, and most of all for The New Frontier (both the comic and the subsequent animated film):
